It is decent for investment purpose as when the project will be ready to move there will be 10-12 % appreciations, but still for this amount of investment land has better return rate

Actually this project is better for people working, having offices in Ajmer road area so moving here makes sense

Location is decent but again for people working nearby , as to central Jaipur this is a bit far and considering traffic situation of Jaipur it will be a headache to have a daily commute

The project is still under early stages so we have to verify it from time to time but considering the builder promises and history it seems that construction quality will be Good

Price seems decent considering the amenities, balcony space, facade design and only 4 flats per floor but considering the location it could have been reduced around 2-3%.

Neopolis seems a very attractive opportunity for people seeking residential apartments near the ring road of Jaipur with open spaces,Playground , Garden , clubhouse and security.As getting these facilities at such price point in central Jaipur and surrounding area is not possible.Either you can have residential space in Main areas of Jaipur without such amenities or you can move far from central Jaipur to get these amenities.
