BhumiWise was created for a simple reason: property decisions in Jaipur deserve better than glossy brochures and one-sided sales pitches.
Why we exist
Buying a home or an investment property is one of the largest financial decisions most families make. Yet the information most buyers have access to is fragmented, biased, or paid. We started BhumiWise to build an editorial-first alternative — where every property we cover has been personally visited, evaluated and rated on transparent parameters.
How we select properties
We prioritise projects with clear documentation, credible developers and genuine investment or end-use appeal. We do not accept listing fees to feature a property in our reviews. Sponsored placements, when they exist, are marked clearly.
How verification works
Our verification process combines site visits, document checks, developer background review, price benchmarking against comparable properties, and reference calls with independent stakeholders. Only checks that were actually performed are shown as badges on the listing.
How ratings work
Every reviewed property is scored on nine parameters — location, construction, value, developer, amenities, investment potential, rental potential, future development and legal confidence. The weighted score is converted to a rating out of 10. The weights are published and can be reviewed on the methodology section of the home page.
Editorial independence
Our reviews reflect what we would tell a family member or a close friend. If a property has weaknesses, we say so. If we cannot recommend it confidently, we don't.
About the founder
Rajyavardhan Singh, our founder and chief reviewer, has spent over a decade in Jaipur real estate — as a buyer, investor and advisor. BhumiWise is his attempt to bring an independent, editorial voice to a market that too often lacks one.
